I couldn't figure out where it came from, but when I was studying I spent 1 whole day putting it into an organized systematic breakdown in Word format to make it easier to study from. I am pretty nit picky about my notes and corrected a lot of the typos and such in it as well.

Of course I have no idea how to attach it or embed it into this format. So you can PM me your email.
