Heart month activities

I'm looking for ideas for fun activities, handouts, etc. for Heart Month in February. I figured we'd have a "Wer Red" day, all grades will have a healthy heart presentation. What are some things you do? My kiddos are K-3.

We do a wear red day and I run my second of 3 blood drives! (HS here)

I'm at a MS and am going to doing a Valentine-themed bulletin board outside my office with facts about the heart and ideas to keep hearts healthy, etc.
