Hi!

I'm going into block 4 in August, and just realized that my CPR cert was up for renewal back in June. ooops! :uhoh21:

So, I've got to get it done soon... Does anyone know where I can get re-cert? I think I did it through MCC last time a couple years ago, but honestly don't remember.

Thanks!

Jessica

I went through the Peoria fire Dept. They are awesome!!!

Peoria's a little far for me, but I'll check out the fire depts closer to home. I live out by AJ. Thanks for the info, though!

Does anyone know about the online CPR courses? They seem a bit more pricey, but I'd much rather take it online.

I get mine done through http://www.cprinstruction.com - you get a 2 year certification card through the American Heart Association. I've used them for both my first aid and CPR and I really like the instructors.

The AJ Fire Department offers it the first Saturday of every month I believe.

There are also a few programs in East Mesa. A friend of mine mentioned......Heartsavers? I honestly don't remember if that was the name or not, but it was in East Mesa and they offered classes all the time.

Someone else mentioned this one as well. I totally recommend them. I've gotten my cert through them for the last 5 or 6 years.

It's through the Mesa Fire Dept, but they have the classes in Mesa, Chandler, and Phoenix. It's $25 for the AHA Healthprovider certification. All the instructors I've have had were great, very nice, and they get you in and out of there pretty quick ... within a couple of hours.

There must be an "in person" component.
