I'm going to recommend to anyone who chooses to leave their contract early - get a lawyer to give your notice and negotiate the breach penalties for you. Threatening to deport because you decide to take a different course for your life is not a deportable offense. The burden of proof is on them to prove that you did not intend to live and work as a nurse in the USA.

I may or may not speak from experience.

This is one of the cunning agencies. Don't sign contract with them, you will regret it. Passport USA and Avant are in the same category of fvkin agencies. Don't mind what people tell you about them, nurses experience with them are really bad. Try and get a direct hire, make sure your pay off contract if you don't want to continue is less than $20,000. Please run away now....

hi I actually signed a contract with them way back 2017, but I have no employer yet. since I heard all the lawsuits against them and bad reviews. how much will it cost me to leave my contract.
