[COLOR=#000000]I would like to ask your opinion about the said agency. Anyone here who entered into contract with them recently? How was your experience with them?

They told me that they only start presenting candidates' profiles to facilities once they get document qualified. To be honest, I'm not sure if it usually takes them that long to give facilities. All I know is that they don't have a lot right now. Many people still aren't paired with a facility and they have their interview dates coming up.

Thanks nursiebean! Huge congrats to you :) I hope you have a smooth transition in the US. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

That is their process, once DQ thats the only time they put your resume on the clients ' list. That is very disappointing, because i thought, while everthing is in the process, there is already a line up of client assignement for you, so that once you are Dq, you are immediately all set for the job offer.

Do you mean youve been waiting since March? I actually asked my PA how long is the wait, but she cant give me a time frame.

Thanks!! I had the interview before I got the embassy interview, as it was pretty close to the interview date. I was actually interviewed with a Long Term Care Facility in Maine, and even though they offered me the job, I begged PPUSA to not make me accept it, because I really didn't want to get into LTC. They said they can make an exception this once, but as per my contract, I MUST accept the next job offer and I said thats fair enough. They also said they would try to get me interviews for the areas I'm interested in, which was Progressive Care or Telemetry. And they kept their word! Actually, I got an interview for the Oncology floor at the hospital in North Dakota, so I looked at their jobs page and saw they needed Tele nurses and Med Surg nurses so I asked to be interviewed for those (I have a background in Med Surg) and they said that would be fine. The interview went well, even when I couldn't remember a medical term and I felt so embarrassed! It was a skype interview and they told me about the different floors, how the scheduling works, what kind of patients they see, asked me if I have any questions for them. They were super nice. They ask you what kind of experience you have, where you have worked and a little bit about yourself. It was a nice conversation.

In answer to your other question about breaking contract, have you signed a contract with PPUSA? If you have, check your contract. You may have to pay damages depending on how far into the process you are. They spend a lot of money on us so I guess they expect to be compensated for it if you change your mind.

MelodiusDreamer, congrats!! Don't worry, the hardest part is over. I know waiting is hard too, but it will be worth it!

Thank you for sharing your experience í ½í¸Š

Youre indeed lucky that your advisor or PA has helped you find a good fit of client assignement that you requested. Well in my case, i have no choice but to wait. I guess HC of different countries have different policies.

Bdw, i checked my contract, and yeah, i have to pay for a breach of contract.

Nursiebean, you mean you were DQ last March, and had embassy interview last August? That means you waited 5mos before you were selected since the time you were DQ.

Hi, are you still on this forum?

Specializes in Med-surg.

Who has any idea how passport usa goes about I 140 processing currently?

They told me premium processing, however ended up processing it under regular. Now I have a long wait time for something that can be achieved within 15 days.?

Also how long those it take after embassy interview to final arrival.?

They are slow for my liking.

Hi Thunder, did your I140 get approved? I share the same sentiments, they are slow!!

They don't do premium processing!

Tell me your experience...where are you from?

Just wanted to let you all know that I was approved for my visa last January 2019 and moved in March that same year. I had 2 RFEs in my case and they eventually upgraded to premium.

@MelodiousDreamer where are you from and how long did your process take...which state are you?

Am from Africa, what of you? I am still waiting for approval. I do wonder what is wrong with Passport USA, they are not filling premium processing and they are filling under Nebraska which can take forever. They have Texas to file under to make things easier...Not happy with this stage of the process.
