Head to toe assessment PLEASE HELP

our assignment this weekend is to perform a head to toe assessment on someone and then follow up with a care plan. my problem is i have no clue where to start!!! can someone help me and give me an example or tell me if there are forms i can print out and use. and besides all this i have pnuemonia!! please help!!!!!!!!!!:o

Wow, that's our final in exam and assessment this semester - we spend 15 weeks learning the process (hair, skin, and nails last week, head, neck, and eyes this week, etc. I have an entire textbook on it (Jarvis). Did you not learn this somewhere? Or at least get a book assigned to read outside of class? That's nuts.
