I have an 3.5 ,TEAS 63 and I will be submitting app by end of this week :)

That means they have your application!!!

They can't put complete until they review around the deadline. As for the ASAP, are you taking any current classes that would effect your gpa?

Around the same as my prereq, between 3.7 and 3.8

Hi Everyone!

So I was planning to apply for the Spring 2019 semester with a 3.44 (I have to take another math class this summer because stats isn't accepted- I got an A in this also so that kind of stinks). I have passed the TEAS and have decided to just put in my application for Fall 2018. I figured there is no reason not to just submit the application. So after the math class this summer I will have a 3.44, but I currently have a 3.11 for pre-reqs. I was really considering not even putting in my application until Spring, but I was given the past GPA cutoffs from the Dale Mabry campus and I am SHOCKED. The fall 2015 cuttoff was a 2.16 and fall 2016 was a 3.2! He said that the GPA cutoff vary's greatly each year and encouraged me to still apply. I also see on this thread that someone else will be applying from USF with a 3.11! Most likely I will not be getting in until the spring, but just wanted to share some background because you really never know.

Hello all future nurses! Does anyone know what the Pre-Requisite GPA cutoff for Fall 2018 will be? I applied last Fall with a 3.4 Pre-Req GPA and was denied. I retook 2 classes and should be closer to a 3.67 now. Thank so much in advance and best of luck to everyone!

Did you retake classes you originally passed with a C or better? If so they won't count..

No. Last year I used AP credit for two classes I took in high school. I met with an advisor after being denied and she advised to retake the classes for a letter grade that would factor into my GPA. I just hope it's high enough now...

Oh yes I don't see you being denied with a 3.67 this go round. Claim it girlie, I know you'll get in :)
