Moved to the International forum and changed title from NCLEX RN to licensure as you are applying for licensure to be a RN in the US not NCLEX
You will need to meet foreign nurse requirements and the link can be found here http://hawaii.gov/dcca/areas/pvl/boards/nursing/application_publications/ you will need CES doing by CGFNS. Unless you already have a valid work visa then asap will not help as you will be affected by retrogression and looking at several years waiting.

There is no application for an NCLEX-RN exam.
You will be applying for licensure and can easily find the form to do that with. But as mentioned above, you will need to go thru the CES process and get that done before Hawaii BON will even look at your application.
Not sure if you are aware of the fact that you will be waiting for more than five years for a chance at a visa for the US.
Recommend that you take the time to do some reading here on this forum.
Best of luck to you.
hi there.
i'm just new here.i just wanna know what is meant by CES? how will they evaluate me?shall i send my credentials to the email address provided in the link which you gave? i have read in other sites that hawaii doesn't require CGFNS so how will i do it?
Please.Please. I need your help.

CGFNS is also an exam, that is not required by Hawaii and that is what is meant by the letters CGFNS. What you get when you pass the exam is the CG Certificate; this is not the same as the VSC.
However, they do require the CES which is a credentials eval done by CGFNS. You can download the application from their website which is www.cgfns.org. You will also need to obtain a Visa Screen Certificate thru CGFNS once you have passed the English exams as well as the NCLEX-RN exam.
Would recommend that you take the time to read the Primer at the top of this forum that I wrote, it will explain everything to you.

hello! im from philippines and im currently applying in hawaii. i am done with CES and send my application and now i received a letter from Hawaii BON asking me to provide a US social security number, but i can't get social security number since im in the philippines.. pls help me... what would the best thing to do?
You will have to tell them you can not provide them with a SSN as you don't have one. That will probably mean they will not issue a license without it just a letter stating you meet requirements once you have passed NCLEX

Hawaii will not accept your application without a SSN. If you read carefully their instructions on the form, it's clearly stated.
If you're in doubt better ring the board directly and ask before you waste your money.
thank you :nuke:
i passed my nclex (state of hawaii) and can't submit my reg form bec of SSN, i don't have one. is there any way i could be able to have one? pls help...
If you have no SSN and the state will not issue a license without one then there is nothing that can be done except look for and apply to a state that will issue a license without SSN. For most states not receiving a license isn't a problem as once in the US and you have a SSN a license can be issued
