You can do the process yourself without an agency and the paperwork is easy to complete. Much has already been written in the forum just try searching. Would suggest you look at which province you want to live and work and see what requirements they have

No agency does anything for free, a sizeable amount of your pay will go to them. There is no reason that you cannot do all of this on your own.

Thank you so much for the information,I have this agency but I'm going to pay USD 1000 for the program which include an online review for the IELTS and CRNE but i have to shoulder all the visa and immigration fees inluding the exam fees and the airfare,so I think that's costs too much.I'll try what you've said. Thanks again.

Thank you,you know I'm here in Dubai with a husband visa and I have a plan of moving to Canada.I have this agency but cost too much for their processing fee USD 1000 exccluding the exam fee, visa and immigration fees.Is there any way of taking the CRNE,or I mean any agency that you know?

To take the CRNE you have to come to Canada and it is only held 3 times a year. It can be done without an agency as most hospitals in Canada will have experience of helping foreign nurses. Forms are on the embassy website and easy to complete (only 2 pages), instruction is easy to follow. You need to apply to the province where you want to live and meet their requirements. You do not need to pay an agency as you are already paying the fees like province and immigration and there isn't much more left to pay so save your money

Thanks again,it eases all my worries and doubts of going through an agency.

hi, is hospital experience a requirement in canada?

hi, is hospital experience a requirement in canada?

they ask for 1 year experience, but you have to pass the IELTS and CRNE

hi! you mentioned about a form I need to fill up at the embassy? is that the next step i need to do after receiving my CRNE application form. I haven't filled up my form yet, due to the fear that I might be scheduled to take the exam, yet, I still have no idea how to get to canada to take the exam

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/index.asp will give you the info you need. If no employer then you will need a tourist visa so need to check out the Canadian embassy website for the Philippines. Best bet is look for a employer and go the temp work permit route

Thank you for the response. I have been trying to look for an employer, and Although they posted a lot in the classified ads about job hirings, i still have no luck until now. If I go to Canada under the tourist visa, what supporting documents do I need to present? I mean, since I still don't have an employer, can I show them my documents that I am planning to take the CRNE exam? Thanks again for the reply.
