Has anyone here had experience with calling their own employer's compliance hotline or anonymously reporting a compliance issue? Share your experiences....I'm mulling over a very troubling situation.
I've called more than once. Nothing is anonymous. No complaint is without risk.
After the first call, when I believed that doing the right thing was the right thing to do, I've always considered the above.
Now, when I'm tempted to report my employer for anything, I consider if it's worth losing my job over.

I called ours once. No retaliation but also no results. Maybe your companies compliance hotline is better at reacting to and correcting issues than mine was.
