Have anyone applied for CSULB MSN Fall 2010? Have you heard anything?

I've applied for the CSULB FNP Fall 2010 program and spoke to Allison, graduate coordinator who said applicants might not be notified until as late as mid-April. Does anyone knows of anything else? Do applicants have interviews? I heard that EL-MSN applicants might.

So ivebeen checking with Csulb and getting Anxious for the result...

I received e-mail from Alison. They have not completed the process. We may know the result in a couple weeks.

So I emailed Alison, again, for the 100th time, regarding the acceptance to CSULB MSN program. She told me that the University is still making decision and they will decide everything by the middle of June. :eek::eek: If any of you receive any acceptance letter, please let us know! :confused::confused:

Hmmm thanks for the info ive been thinking of calling her...we'll just have to wait then...:mad:

hi! i applied for the psych np program and havent heard anything. now i have anxiety!!! :) when i went to the info session in early april, they said that this particular program never fills, so now i am worried since some people have already heard back. i didnt drop my app off until april 30 because i was waiting for a letter to arrive from the east coast. i guess i just have to wait... :confused: good luck to all of you guys!!

i just wanted to share my update. i got a email from alison and she said i got accepted to psyc np program, but they may cut the entire program for the fall. :crying2: she said they are trying to squeeze the program in under the college of continuing and professional development. she said the college should make a decision after june 21. good luck to you all.

OH MY GOD. I'm sorry to hear that. I am waiting VERY patiently too. Did she email you randomly or did you ask her via email?

How about other NP programs? Hope they don't cut all the programs.

I emailed Alison last Friday because I couldn't take it anymore. :) I doubt they would cut the fnp or agnp programs, but i don't know for sure. Good Luck!!!!!! :)

I called Alison yesterday.. i was asking about FNP program but she said they are trying to admit as many student as possible but the final decision will be known by june 18 to june 21..she didn't say if i got accepted or not:confused: Good luck to all of us!!!
