Has anyone taken a Patient Experience Profile assessment?

I got this email from a hospital that I applied for, and that I have to take this test online. Has anybody heard of this and maybe give examples? Or is there a sample of this test I could practice on? Thank you!

Have you looked at the website/link that they sent you?

I just took one of these today.

It's one of those Likert type tests where you get a patient situation or moral value and select whether it "always applies", "mostly applies", "sometimes applies" or "never applies" or "always agree", etc. The one I took actually gave me a score at the end. It wasn't hard and was mostly common sense and patient satisfaction type stuff, like "The patient is always right." or "It is important to always put the needs of the customer first." Really pretty easy but it sounds intimidating. I think it's mainly to make sure you're "customer service driven", because in today's economy it is pretty much all about Press-Gainey scores and rankings for some hospitals.

It was also 72 questions, FWIW and took me about 15 minutes to complete.
