Hi everyone! I am awaiting on taking my test at Pasadena and I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on taking the NCLEX there? Such as the format of the NCLEX, if there were more questions on select that apply, hot spots, and fill in the blanks? Thanks any help will be good for my anxiety.

The NCLEX is a nation wide test and does not vary from location to location or state to state. However, it is a computer adaptive test and does adjust to your answers. If you are answering correctly, it will give more difficult questions. If you are answering incorrectly, then the questions will be easier. But you do have to answer a certain percentage at a certain level to pass. If you have any questions, go to the Pearson site where you registered and they have infomation on the test and how to take it.

It makes absolutely no difference on your test what location you are testing at. Most people use the location that is nearest and has appointments open for when they want to test.

I would say check out the NCSBN website and look at what it tells you about the exam
