Has anyone taken HIT-204 at SBCC?

I am currently enrolled in Basic Psychopathology at SBCC for Summer II session. I just got the syllabus and it seems like a whole lot of work.. Anyone got any tips on how to suceed in the class. Looks like I have to read 4 chapters a week and take proctored online quizzes. Any ideas on how best to study?

I’m not taking Patho with LM but I am taking Pharmacology with her. Thanks for your words of encouragement and advice for her class! I’ll be taking other classes and also working part time but I feel like I’ll do fine. I just need to be smart about managing my time and studying whenever I have free time!

AND by the way, the class uses Proctorio. Proctorio is an extension you have to add to your browser so that your computer films you while taking tests. No notes, books, flash cards allowed as you are being filmed while testing. A lot of classes at SBCC use this now for their online classes

FYI for anybody reading this. I PMed djld. I just wanted to re-emphasize that this class is tough! Do not treat it as if it were sociology or some communication class where you can just somewhat sit back and make educated guesses on tests. Take this class and/or pharmacology at SBCC during a regular semester. This way you won't fry your brain.

Has anyone taken EB at SBCC for HIT 201/204? Debating on taking his 16wk vs the 8wk LB course this upcoming fall.
