I am trying to get all my mandatory classes out of the way to be in the Nursing Class of Fall 2012. To do that I will need to add CNA class to a full-time semester. Has anyone else done this?? Is it doable? Or should I just chill out and wait another year? The CNA classes here only last two months and the semester's are around 4 months. I may not even be able to get my classes worked out around the CNA class but if I can, and it wouldn't be that hard, I would love to try.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, I have taken four classes and a CNA course. To me the course was common sense and wasn't difficult at all, but I don't know how you will do. If you feel as if you can handle it go for it, if not then wait. But personally to me, the class isn't hard at all. I went to my school in the day and then took my CNA class.

You could probably handle it... I couldn't. I took a 22-day CNA class along with a physiology and chemistry class ...and ended up with a "C" in both science classes. :-(
I can't complaint though. I got a great CNA job that can't wait for me to re-take those classes and gradute from a nursing program.

yup i did it with three other classes so you will be fine just make sure you have your priorities straight first!
Thanks for your perspectives. I am now stressing about my four classes so I think I will just wait and see how the rest of this semester goes. If I have to wait another year, then I guess I will. Thanks again.

CNA class is a joke. Anybody with an ounce of common sense can do it! I say go for it! I wouldn't put it off another year if I didn't have too!
