Has anyone heard of Career Care Institute?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this board and was wondering if anyone has either been to, or heard of Career Care Institute in Ventura County Ca. I went there on Friday and I took the entrance exam. It all seemed to go a little fast, but I was really excited and wanted to get in. I did good on the exam only to find out the cost is $25,000. Yikes, I am supposed to go in and apply for finacial aid and hope for the best. What do you recommend I do??? I don't think I will get that much aid. Is this the typical cost of Private Vocational Schools? . If anyone has any advice I would much appreciate your input! Thanks! :clown:

Thank you for your honesty in your experience with CCI. Due Diligence when dealing with them. We too have had a very bad experience, with Ventura Campus location and Lancaster as that is corporate.

Hi there, Did you pass your NClex? If so are you employed now as an LVN here in California? I to am trying to decided if I want to go the CCI/Ventura route. Any suggestions would help.....

Hi, I'm looking to go to Career Care Institute in Moreno Valley. Has anyone gone here? Is it a good school? I'm worried about the entrance exam. Is it hard? I have been out of school for awhile. I keep researching reviews on the school but get mixed answers. Some say its the best school and then the next person says its horrible and that they couldn't learn, but it was not specific on the location. Any information would be helpful.
