Has anyone heard back from North Seattle CC's Fall 2011 lpn admissions?

I just wanted to see if anyone else out there has applied to North Seattle CC's Fall 2011 lpn program and if they have heard anything back from the admissions committee. I am getting anxious about hearing from them

Hey there I too did not get accepted, my GPA is 3.85 and I got 95.4 on hesi. Still not good enough. I am #7 on the wait list. Probably won't get in. I am so frustrated....

Thanks for posting that! Sorry you didn't get in I didn't get in Fall quarter and was 7 on the waitlist. Don't give up! I bet you score even higher on the Hesi next time :)

I was #2 on the waitlist for Fall quarter and I reapplied with my old Hesi score, just in case... didn't bother to take the hesi test again; therefore, I am not very upset for not getting in. I am about to have enough credits to apply to university for BSN. At least, after 2 years in the program, I can get a BSN and not an associate degree.

Of course, people are "killing" each other to get in at North Seattle; they require only 4 prereqs, no CNA license, no healthcare experience, no volunteering...just have to study hard for one test and you're in!

Yeah those were my same thoughts, I just didn't want to wait until fall 2012 to start any program. I guess I don't have much of a choice. So they didn't let anyone off the waiting list in for fall qtr? What number are you on list this time?

Hi Chell sea,

what schools are you going to apply to? After I received my rejection letter yesterday, I spent a few hours reviewing other schools prerequisites and requirements. So frustrating!!!! How much did you improve on this times HESI vs the fall score? Retaking a class seems like a waist of money, but I guess I don't have any other choice, I got a 95.4% on my HESI and gettign a higher grade seems to be the luck of the draw.
