Has anyone else applied to Jefferson's FACT program?

Me too!!! It didn't even load on my phone email today, so I just read it. Congratulations!!!! Are you two planning on attending next year? I paid my deposit to Drexel, but am attending TJU instead. I preferred this program all along. YAY!!!!!

I'll live off campus next year.

I am planning on going, I think that of the schools I have looked at and got accepted too, TJU is perfect for me it has definitely been my first choice all along! I am not sure if I will live on or off campus, I guess it depends on how well I can haggle to get an apartment at a decent price. I stayed at The Independent (which I loved by the way) when I went to my interview and the guys that worked there said a lot of times you can get a good deal if you work a little with them because the landlords are having a hard time with the economy. I saw TJU has married housing (2 bedroom = $1600) which would be nice since I have a family to move with me.

Congratulations to you too, AK! Thanks for the info about the haggling. I've been wondering about that, since I've been keeping an eye on craigslist and what's available. Some apartments have been sitting for a few months now. I haven't seen the prices drop on FB, but I figure if we've been able to haggle in NYC during the down economy, then I should certainly be able to haggle in Philly. That gives me hope, since I'll be living off savings next year. So excited to meet you all next year!

Hello!

I applied to Jefferson's FACT Program and had my interview yesterday! I am hoping I will get in as this is my first choice. I agree with everyone when they say how great Niki Kelley was as an interviewer, so anyone who has a interview in the future you can definitely relax :) I was searching on FB and couldn't find the group to friend request. Hopefully I will know if I am in soon and join as a member!! Congrats to everyone who has already heard their decision!:yeah:
