I used ATI. I took my test today and got the "good pop up", but I'm not getting my hopes up until I get the official results. I will let you know though!

My school makes us pay for ATI so during my last semester I completed lots of ATI questions. I did not like the style of the review after graduation with the tutor so decided to not do it and study from the saunders book and pda book instead. I recently failed, so now I am going to do ATI with the tutor for real since all my friends that actually used the tutotr after graduation passed.

I did the virtual ATI program with a tutor as did most of my classmates. I took my boards 6/28 and I passed, and everyone I know that has taken it so far has as well. I definitely recommend it!
Keep doing ATI ! I did Kaplan my first time and failed. ATI is a lot of work but I don't know anyone who did ATI and didn't pass that's including me !
How long did you do virtual ATI before you took your exam again? I was thinking the six week plan. Also did your tutor always assign the critical thinking questions after your assesments.

I also did the 6 week plan but I took long ! No if I got above a 60 I didn't have to do the critical thinking questions but yes I did do them if I scored below a 60. It is a lot of work I must say. Stuck to it ! It will pay at the end. I also did PDA and questions online to se my progress
So you mean you took longer than the six weeks? Did you do any of the practice assesments that were not assigned just for practice.
O yes I took way longer but I had other stuff going on ! Yes I did do the practice assessment but only when i was done with my initial assessment . It was more like testing myself . If u do nothing else but study for 1 month u can do it ! If your content is strong u may not even need that much time . Frankly , ATI was harder than the nclex !

I am about to start ATI (waiting for my tutor to set up my stuff) and am scheduled to test my NCLEX on July 30.
I was told u shouldn't test unless u get the good to go green light. What is all this assignments and stuff? I'm actually starting with virtual ATI this upcoming week. And everyone says its hard work.. But what's the 6 week plan? I'm getting it from school bc our school paid for it and I didn't pass my boards so they offer another virtual ATI.. And so this is my only hope. I'm worried bc I don't want to test to late.. So everyone who did this ATI so far with a tutor passed? Why are the questions easier? I heard they r easy but Kaplan was tricky and I still failed my boards. So how r ATI questions easy and how does it prepare u to pass?
ATI question was not easy !! Not to me ! i found ATI was harder .I think it's was very close to the nclex . I also did Kaplan . That tree worked for some people but it wasn't helpful for me

Hello,
I used both ATI and Kaplan. Took the NCLEX 7/30 and I passed!!! I think my test was particularly like ATI and I used some of Kaplan strategies. ATI was particularly helpful in that the coach encourages you and together you find out your weakness and what you may need to work on. Kaplan has an analytical breakdown of strengths and weaknesses but not like ATI.... Keep working at it. Don't give up!
