Has anyone been dismissed from a program due to being banned from a hospital

Long story short - I will be starting an ADN program this fall but I believe I am not eligible for rehire at a local hospital system because I quit without submitting a full 2 week notice. Will I be allowed to so clinicals at this hospital system? Has anyone gone through this? Don't know if I should notify my school or not

You should. Let the school know ASAP so they know how to accommodate you.

There's no criminal conviction, you're not on their payroll,  and your status is not being 'hired'.  You may want to call HR to see if there is a policy on that before you notify your school.
