Harford CC Fall 2021

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi, I’m applying for HCC for the fall. I was wondering if anyone else on here was!

I applied for lpn to RN I didn’t have many points cause I never took classes at harford and they only have I think 12 seats. I am going to apply to Ccbc where I graduated. Hopefully I can get in.

I wish you all the best @Taneria Simmons. It seems LPN to RN programmes  are extremely difficult to get into hence my decision to do straight RN.

No mail yet and my major hasn’t changed in degree works but my student profile and unofficial transcript just changed to RN.

Well, congratulations are in order @RBRN2022. so happy for you

I applied for RN program twice and didn’t get in so I applied for lpn and got in first try. At least I am a lpn so I can work and make money while still applying. Good luck everyone

For anyone who hasn’t got there mail yet check degreeworks! Mines just changed.

Specializes in MA.

Taneria,

Do you mind if I ask how many points you had?   I was also denied from the RN program with 12 points.  But I am considering applying to the CCBC lpn program.

I’m sorry to hear that, I had 14 points. Do you mind me asking what your nursing GPA was? I know sometimes a tie breaker can be the GPA and that could be a reason.

Same here! I hope to hear something back soon.

Check the degree works it changed today if you got accepted

I have a 3.2 nursing GPA.   I am currently finishing micro.  So I will have at least 14 points when I reapply in September.

That’s good, I wish you the best of luck! My friend applied for the LPN program at CCBC last year, she said it’s definitely not as hard to get into and it’s only 1 year.

Did anyone get accepted for the accelerated track?
