  1. They only give you 1-2 additional points for taking your classes at HCC so it should not be a deal breaker. Most of your points are from GPA and science grades.
  2. Jham0801, I found it helpful to look at the schedule for past and upcoming terms. When I cleared my schedule I tried to stay available during the weekdays because of the uncertainty (especially with clinical days). if first semester were in person this Summer I would have had lecture 8:30-11:30 mon and wed, lab 12:30-3:30 tues, and clinical would have been 7-3:30 on fridays.
  3. No mail yet and my major hasn’t changed in degree works but my student profile and unofficial transcript just changed to RN.
  4. I don’t think anyone’s major changed yet because no one has registered for Summer fundamentals.
  5. Return service requested sounds good, that wasn’t on my rejection letter last November. I really wish they would have just emailed. I have no mail today so hopefully I hear something Monday. I have 18 points so that’s a pretty solid chance of getting in but I need to know ASAP so I can massively change my work schedule before classes start (in 43 days if I get in to Summer). My mail has been crazy lately so I’m not feeling good about having to wait for a letter. So frustrating.
  6. Nope, and no one has registered for classes yet so I guess everybody is still waiting. I’m really hoping we don’t have to wait for next week.
  7. I know, it is going to be a long week. I'm trying not to expect an email because the administration person said she isn't emailing any of the applicants but I'm still checking. I can't believe that they would really make accepted Summer applicants wait for snail mail sometime next week when the Summer semester starts six weeks from now.
  8. I know people who have gotten in with 13 points, after points the tie breaker between you and another candidate with equal points is GPA. I think they said that they use the highest grade for humanities and retakes.
  9. This is the points worksheet from Harford. BIO 203: Anatomy & Physiology I +__________ THIS IS A REQUIRED COURSE FOR THE NURSING PROGRAM Most recent grade; Harford courses take priority. 10. Nope. I was told they are currently processing applications and that they hope to have all the letters mailed by the 9th. The administrative person said she does not plan to email any applicants, I’m hoping we will hear something next week and I’m going to keep an eye on my owl mail just in case. I just can’t imagine they wouldn’t give Summer start people a bit more notice so they have time to prepare.
  11. Yep. I’ll probably be checking my major and owlmail pretty frequently starting tomorrow when Spring break is over. It seems like the week after Spring break is when people usually start finding out.
  12. It does always seem very disorganized. Since they don’t do essays or letters of recommendation you would think the whole process would move much faster. In the past they have sent an email that basically said congratulations and to wait to receive your packet in the mail, all the rejections came by mail only. Hopefully they do the same this year with the emails because USPS has not been very fast or reliable lately. (I’ve gotten bills delivered a month after they were due)
  13. They better start letting people know before mid-April. I’m hoping emails start going out next week so that people who get in have time to prepare (especially for Summer start). I know people who’ve gotten in with 13 points so 14 should give you a fair shot.
  14. I applied for Summer accelerated, second choice Fall.
  15. I am waiting too and it is getting frustrating, I haven't heard anything either. You would think they could send out the rejections all at once at least. Hopefully tomorrow they will finish contacting everyone.
