Hoooray! I'll celebrate by NOT WORKING TONIGHT. Woo! By the way, why didn't I get holiday pay for St. Patty's day? As a 20 something year old male who had to work instead of consuming copious amounts of beer, I feel that it's justifiable for me to get holiday pay!!!

Very cool ... didn't know there was such a day designated for specialty-certified nurses!

And about St. Patty's Day ... if you're an ED nurse in a city with a St. Patty's Day parade ... I vote for working that day also being eligible for "holiday pay" or "hazard pay" ... :rolleyes:
