GWU Accelerated BSN Fall 2018

Nursing Students School Programs

Hi everyone! I wanted to start a thread about GW's application process for Fall 2018. The deadline is Oct. 15th and was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes to get a response. I unfortunately, haven't finished all my pre reqs but will have all of them done by the end of spring semester. I am currently taking micro and dev. psych. Taking stats in the spring. I'm just nervous about not having them all completed. I do have a 4.0 in the ones that are done. Anyone else in the same boat?

Just got accepted to GW! woohoo! excited and grateful!

Congrats! Hope to be hearing soon also.

Congratulations!!! I received notice of acceptance as well today! Heads up for those who haven't received notice yet, oddly I didn't receive an e-mail, I just happened to log into the portal to check and the letter had been uploaded there. Good luck to all!

Congratulations!!

Same for me! I did not receive any notification. I just logged into the application portal and it said that a decision was ready for me to view. I was surprised that they did not send out an automatic email. I'm glad I checked it!

Yay!! I got my conditional acceptance this am, too! So excited for everyone! Lets connect!

Received my acceptance too! SO excited. Just need to take my Micro and Ethics courses. Will be visting campus on Dec 20th and will also checkout the area and maybe stop to tour some apartments. Anyone start a Facebook group yet?

Let's start a Facebook group! I'd love to visit the campus as well. Can you just come during business hours or do they recommend calling and scheduling a visit?

I scheduled a day and time. Taking my mom with me to get her opinions on everything also.

Congrats to everyone! Yes, probably best to schedule a day and time, not sure what their hours will be once winter break hits around that time. It's in a really nice area of the county, lots of apartments around that area, less expensive than living closer in toward DC. Plenty to do around there as well, as if we'll have any free time haha.
