thanks to anyone and everyone who looks this over. i appreciate all constructive criticism you have to give. the text in red are things i feel i should probably ditch. let me know. i'm sitting for the nclex in 5 days and i want to have a resume set to go out as soon as i have a license number.
the formatting got borked when i copy and pasted. pretend everything is single spaced.
eta: i know everyone says to add measurable goals, but for most of my positions i don't have any. suggestions?

I have to admit that you have a lot of really great experience that would be very attractive to potential employers. The issue I see is that you have done so many different things it is really difficult to narrow down what you have done to what is relevant for the job you are seeking. If you send me a PM with your e-mail I can e-mail you a mock version of a resume based upon the information you have posted if your interested.

You have quite a bit of relevant experience, certifications, community involvement etc
I would try to group volunteer/community things under one group
Regarding your retail experience, yes stress customer service. Many hospitals are keen on customer service hence all the surveys, hourly roundings etc. Some hospital's reimbursement from Medicare are directly linked to C.S so yes, elaborate
Perhaps you can take the most important things you have done from your jobs/volunteer work and list them under:
Professional Profile
list things like customer service, team work, disaster preparedness, responsibility, anything that you did that can be quantified or measured, etc This sort of pulls together your entire resume and it should be listed after objectives if you have one. Mention your teaching etc and try to keep it under 2 pages or only 2 pages.
If you want to work on Tele, state some of the things you did, you want to highlight this.
You are very marketable and should catch the eye of any recruiter.
Best of luck!
Woahmelly,
Can you tell me where you took the following courses? How long were the courses and did you have to do any type of testing? I know the AHA/ASA has the stroke class on line but it is convuluted trying to understand what you need to do to get the certification:
Thank you! I appreciate the advice.

The EKG class was via my college. The NIHSS was online via the AHA website.
