Gum in hair!

What's the best way to get gum out of hair?

I ended up having to cut it out. (She's my niece, it's okay.)

Try ice. Once it is hardened the gum is easier to get out.

My mom, who was a school nurse for 30 years (and also the mom of ME- I guess I got gum n my hair a lot as a kid!) told me ice as well.

Just goes to show you mom is always right.

I used VASELINE. Just made it goopier. Luckily the hair was kind of underneath. Yikes.
