Does anyone knows where is the clinical for GTCC other than Moses Cone?

I think there will be clinicals at high point regional. Anyone heard from gtcc?

I would be very surprised if we heard anything before St. Patrick's Day, given the snow days and Spring Break.

Clinicals are done at Cone, Wesley Long, LeBauer, High Point Regional, Women's Hospital ( if they can get arrangements) and at some point during the program field trips to the burn center at Duke or Chapel Hill. Sometimes there are other offices listed but all are in Greensboro and High Point.

I have a friend that was told letters *should* be mailed out by the end of this week.. I really hope so!

I am really nervous the last time I asked the points accepted are 39 to 70 and that they have fewer applicants than last year.

Fewer applicants would be a good thing, for sure :) I have 42 points. With 80 seats I am sure that we are all probably ok. A year ago, a girl that I know got in 2 weeks before the semester started with only 20 points. She was told that so many people apply to other schools as well and then decide to go to one of the others if they are closer, or their first choice-which takes from the original number and also that many do not get all of their forms and shots submitted in time and they are out. From my understanding, it's very common for them to get pretty far down the waitlisted applicants list after the initial list. Every semester will obviously be different, but it gives hope nonetheless.
