I know it's early but I just couldn't wait any longer for a thread to be started. I took my TEAS test today and passed!!! I've met with the advisor to do my ranking...so I guess it's 3 months of anticipation and hoping I get it. With the new changes in the criteria for the program I can only imagine more people will apply making it more competitive for a seat in the program. Anybody else planning to apply for Spring?

I have not turned mine in yet either. I was wondering the same thing. Maybe you might email them and they can tell you. I think they are offices though, not classrooms? I am not sure. I am really worried about getting my 2nd TB done in time. I think you lose your seat if you don't I hate my busy work schedule!
Yeah I can. I got my first one yesterday, because like a dumby I thought we only had to have a 1 step because I was not aware what a 2 step was. So I get it read tomorrow morning, but then they want me to wait 7 days to get another one...which would not be able to be read until the 31st. So I am waiting on my doctor to call me back to see what he can do. He said he could probably just do the chest xray instead to satisfy the 2 step. I am not sure. I am beating myself up about it that is for sure. I have everything else done
The form stipulates with 30 days of each other...didn't stipulate to wait one or two weeks. I however waited two weeks. See if your Dr. Will take that into consideration and just do the second. I would hate for you to get the chest x ray and they not accept it b/c you didn't have a positive PPD to warrant the chest x ray.

Did anyone call tomake sure that their acceptance cards were recieved? I was reading through the packet of information again and it states we are responsible for making sure that they recieved it. I started freaking out, worried that it may have gotten lost in the mail. Will financial aid pay for the uniforms, books, the background check and the drug screen? I just can't wait for orientation, I am ready to get all the information. :)
I work at an urgent care and I asked a few of the PA's that work there about how long a person should wait between getting the 2 tb tests and they said at least 1 to 2 weeks. I do my cpr class tomorrow and hope to turn everything in Friday morning before work. I got my 2nd tb test read today so after cpr I'm done.

I was under the impression that we would pay for the drug screen $86 and then a deposit (half) for the uniforms. Has anybody gone to the website to take a look at the uniform? I think everything that is required is roughly $200. Is anyone receiving financial aid? I think it covers uniforms to. Also, I was told that all of our books (including uniforms) are all brought in one big package and its roughly $2000.
