Hi! Anyone applying to GSU Fall 2016? I am planning on applying for both traditional and accelerated. Have a Psychology degree from GSU (2013), graduated Magna Cum Laude (hope that matters!). I had a 3.86 overall GPA at GSU before taking science pre-reqs. Does anyone know how they calculate their GPAs? I currently have a 3.46 at GPC.

Have a 86.7 on TEAS. 97th percentile on both.

Have 2 LOR being written.

A guy in my class was accepted into the ACE program this morning...so I guess they are beginning to send out notices. I have not received anything yet.

Finally!! If anyone hears anything let us know please!

Just out of curiosity, is this anyone elses second time applying?

This is my first time applying. I currently go to gsu, but got my first undergrad at gcsu.

first time applying too.. got into KSU and GSU's ADN (fka: GPC) already

Do we know the stats of person in your class? Also maybe does he have a last name beginning with an A??

I don't know any details about his acceptance other than that he got it this morning. Have you decided where you are going if you do get into gsu?

Not sure which. Open to any opinions on both/either school if you have any. I keep hearing KSU is better/harder to get in. I cannot believe they haven't sent emails this is so annoying.

A friend of a friend I know got accepted yesterday (Monday) into ACE. She got an email at 1:29 pm. She had a 4.2 GPA, and her application status did not change.... I believe they are sending out the highest ranked acceptances first, as stated on the website "NOTE: Applicants whose files are completed before the deadline and score in the upper 15% of admissions criteria will be reviewed on a rolling basis and may be offered early admittance."

@stephanier2009, I have heard great things about both GSU's and KSU's program. You will get a great education at either school. I think the difference, as a few people have mentioned, is location and setting for both school and clinicals. Still no email here :(. On the bright side, pretty much everyone I know who is applying has not heard anything either.

Thanks. I am leaning more towards KSU at this point. GSU said 4-6 weeks after the deadline and this is week 6.

Still no news?!
