Hi, will anyone here be applying for the 2016 admissions for the CNL program at GRU in Augusta, GA?! If so could you share some of your career background/experience and stats! Also if some of you who are currently or have been in the program could give some input that would be awesome too!!
Hey guys,
So I check my application status every day (twice a day) on the Augusta University website and today it changed from "Ready for review by committee" to "Decision made by admissions committee: notification is by mail" also a "Background consent form" appeared in my "documents not received" section.....
Does anyone who has already been accepted know if that's a good thing? I'm beyond nervous/excited right now
mas91,
I got an email last Friday saying that my application was being processed and it said incomplete. I sent it to Emily and she said not to worry about it. It changed to ready to review some time this week..maybe yesterday or the day before, and I'm assuming changed to decision made today? I'm not sure if there is a method to any of this.. maybe it's in alphabetical order..or something? I want to call them but I don't want to bug them any more than I already have lol
Izzyb,No background consent form. Just proof of citizenship, immunization records, and final transcript.
Hmm.. weird how the process is so different for everyone. I had my app verified in November and there were some who submitted theirs later that got interviews sooner.. Best of luck to all of you! :) I will keep everyone updated if I hear anything

Hi everyone!
I'm just now joining the thread :) I received an email yesterday morning that I was invited to interview! Yay! I'm so excited. However, I live in Ohio and definitely can't make arrangements to fly down there by the scheduled 2/5 date... So I'll have to skype. I'm a little nervous about that; I'm hoping it won't hurt my chances. To me, in person just seems better. I'm pretty borderline reading everyone's stats. I have a 3.34 gpa from Ohio State (all prereqs taken there too) and a 313 Gre score (4.0 writing). But I guess we will see! 2/3 letters of Rec were ehhh (changing my major around at a big university didn't allow for much student-teacher relationships) but my current job as a nurse aide should help me out. Good luck to everyone!
