Are your units using ANY great TPN ordering software that you find is useful for the MDs to order, the nurses to check off and shows to reduce errors?

Hmm I have no idea. Our nutritionists do the TPN orders typically

Our IT built ours with input from pharmacy and our nutritionist. We pretty much just check the label to the order and sign off. The orders have areas for them to check glucose concentration, standards for amino acids, etc and if something needs tailored they call pharmacy to input what they need.
