Grayson County College LVN program

Hi! Anyone else start the lvn program at grayson this fall? Just looking to see if I have any buddies.

I am wondering the same things. I am sure we will find out all the details at orientation. I wish financial aid would cover the nursing tote, so we don't have to pay out of pocket.

I turned in my acceptance letter today and asked Tara about the Orientation paper that I didn't have and she said she would email me about the orientation. Wonder why some of us were missing that paper?

Does anyone know how much books are? I got my letter on Friday and turned in my acceptance yesterday. I was told that some of the letters had times and some did not (mine didn't) but that she would send an email with the information. I still have to get CPR certified and finish my shots at the end of the month. I am really excited and looking forward to meeting all of you on the 14th!!

I went up there yesterday as well & she told me she was going to email me about orientation. But I had the date & times on my paper. I'm not sure if they are going to change that...but my paper stated 7/14 @ 830-1130 or 130-430. I chose the morning one.

This morning and , I've got s spot!! So excited for us all

I got accepted today as well!!! I am SOOOO excited for everyone. Can NOT wait to meet everyone at orientation!!:yeah::nurse:

See there, I knew you guys would get in. Congrats to you guys. Where will everyone be driving to school from? Maybe we can arrange carpools where we all switch out to save miles and gas!

We will DEFINITELY have to do that for clinicals for sure...I've HEARD that all of our clinicals are only in Durant, OK. Not sure how true that is...but we could carpool for that. I'm only less than 5 minutes from campus, I live in Anna.
