Congrats on the acceptance everyone! My GPA was around 3.7 with a HESi of 91%. Has anyone recieved their email confirmation receipt? It said it would arrive in 10 days but I want to know if anyone has recieved it yet.

No, I haven't received it and I replied within 5 minutes of receiving my e-mail.
I responded on the 15th of Sunday, and sent another email today just in case. It feels weird to know that you got in, but not in IN y'know? I'm hoping things get through because it says to respond by Nov 1st, and we did reply before then.

I'm down to make a group message! I replied confirming my acceptance and I still haven't heard anything back. My friends who are in the program now said it could take a little bit of time. Do you guys want to make a group me or a Facebook group? I am in Banner Fast Track.
If you guys want to know your cohort, ask your SSAs. I emailed mine and found out in am in "Fastrack Cohort B". The people in your cohort will be the people you will be with the entire program.
Hey guys! Just curious, have any of you gotten an email yet with the next steps?

I talked to my SSA because I have to retake some classes ro get higher scores to raise my GPA, but she said that I cant take them here, I would have to take them somewhere else and then bring the grades back. Im a junior (yes, its taking me a whie to get my GPA up) and ive been here since freshman year. My concern is, if I take classes somewhere else and then try to comeback with my imporved GPA, will I count as a transfer student? I mean she told me I cant retake them here, Id have to retake them somewhere else, I just dont know if they count me as a transfer which is pretty scary
Why can't you take them here? I don't necessarily think they will count you as a "transfer student", but I don't think they will transfer your credits over at all to be counted for nursing. I'm not positive though and in my experience SSAs don't all have the right answers so I would fact check that with multiple SSAs. Also, I would take as many as you can here! Even if it's just retaking Bs to get As. That's what I did. Plus I would really focus on retaking the HESI if you can. I've been told it counts for 45% of the application! And don't worry girl, I'm 21 and I just barely got in. Progress is progress í ½í¸Š
