GPA:
HESI:
First Time Applicant:
Lived On Campus:
Does anyone know when acceptance letters go out?
THANKS & GOODLUCK !
I talked to my SSA because I have to retake some classes ro get higher scores to raise my GPA, but she said that I cant take them here, I would have to take them somewhere else and then bring the grades back. Im a junior (yes, its taking me a whie to get my GPA up) and ive been here since freshman year. My concern is, if I take classes somewhere else and then try to comeback with my imporved GPA, will I count as a transfer student? I mean she told me I cant retake them here, Id have to retake them somewhere else, I just dont know if they count me as a transfer which is pretty scary
Why can't you take them here? I don't necessarily think they will count you as a "transfer student", but I don't think they will transfer your credits over at all to be counted for nursing. I'm not positive though and in my experience SSAs don't all have the right answers so I would fact check that with multiple SSAs. Also, I would take as many as you can here! Even if it's just retaking Bs to get As. That's what I did. Plus I would really focus on retaking the HESI if you can. I've been told it counts for 45% of the application! And don't worry girl, I'm 21 and I just barely got in. Progress is progress í ½í¸Š
