Does anyone have any suggestions for a song to sing at Nursing Graduation? It will be a church so that will limit the selection some. I'm looking for something that reflects the time spent and friends made. I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks so much.

First choice would be Margaritaville by Jimmy Buffet. Maybe you can follow it up with Whiskey River by Willie Nelson.

"Friends" by Michael W. Smith and/or Amy Grant
It talks about how a chapter in your life is through, but you'll always be friends.

Good Riddance (Time of your life) by Greenday is always a good farewell song, if not a little overdone.

Go to: www.suite101.com/ and then put in search bar: graduation day song ideas. There are a ton of great suggestions.

"Do You Know (Where You're Going to?)" The Theme from the Movie "Mahogany". It was played and sung at my nursing school graduation. Beautiful song. I still get chills whenever I hear it.
(M. Masser/G. Goffin)
Do you know where you're going to?
Do you like the things that life is showing you
Where are you going to?
Do you know?
Do you get
What you're hoping for
When you look behind you
There's no open door
What are you hoping for?
Once we were standing still in time
Chasing the fantasies
That filled our minds
You knew how I loved you
But my spirit was free
Laughin' at the questions
That you once asked of me
Now looking back at all we've planned
We let so many dreams
Just slip through our hands
Why must we wait so long
Before we'll see
How sad the answers
To those questions can be
