I graduated four years ago, and took the NCLEX five times and failed.
I trying to take it again but the Texas board of nursing told me that I exceeded that number of years which was four years.
I have a licnese in the Philippines that expired last year.
Texas board told told me I can take it on a different state.
I just don't know which state should I apply.
please help me

I'm going to be blunt, what makes you think you can pass on your sixth attempt? Have you identified why you are continuing to fail?
I don't think applying to another state is your answer here.

Can you take classes again? Maybe not the prerequisites but the core nursing classes. I thought after so many attempts it was required to go back to nursing school. I could be wrong, but you should be able to contact the school you went to for help. Good luck.
