I'm seriously frustrated here. I even called Pearson Vue to make sure they received everything, which they confirmed, but they couldn't tell me when I would finally get my authorization to test. It's been more than a month and I have a job waiting for me but can only start it after I have my license. :banghead: Also some of my former classmates who registered at Pearson Vue AFTER I did already received their authorization to test. ***????? I'm soooooo angry and upset, I want to get this over with and start my job!!!

I had the exact same problem. Contact your board of nursing and tell them you want to check the status of you ATT. I had to play phone tag with the Texas BON for like 6 weeks. Everytime I called, they said that they weren't sure why I hadn't gotten mine, and that I should have it within 10 business days. Well, the last time I called I told them i wasnt hanging up the phone until I knew why It was taking so long. On hold for almost a hour and when the rep came back on the line, she told me I should have my ATT within the hour. Sure enough, checked my email and it was there! U have to be persistant. I had a girlfriend who had a problem also, and it turned out that they didnt have her affidavid of graduation.. so when you call, make sure you ask about that! Hope this helps :) and I know how you feel.. u just want to :banghead::throcomp: every day that passes and u dont have your ATT!

I would check with BON as pearsonvue can not release ATT until the BON tells them it is OK to do so

Thank you! I did what you suggested and contacted my BON. Sure enough, they messed up my SSN and had not forwarded the info to Pearson Vue (never mind contacting ME!!). Anyways, they fixed it on the spot and I had my ATT a few hours later! So now I'll take the NCLEX next week. I'm scared but ready to get it over with.
