If I'm understanding that correctly, it would probably be a good idea to do a content review, as well as a test taking strategy review if you haven't been doing any NCLEX questions in that time. I didn't do it but tons of people on here have talked about the NCSBN review being good. http://learningext.com/students/p/nclex-rn.aspxI did Kaplan for test taking strategies and just to have access to their 3,000+ questions. I love the NCLEX 10,000 question of the day but I didn't purchase the program. LaCharity's "Prioritization, Delegation and Assignment" is a great book to pick up and review if you don't have it already. NCLEX cares a LOT about prioritizing and chain of command. Try not to feel overwhelmed. Choose maybe 2-3 resources and use them the best you can. If you don't feel you're where you need to be, a refresher course may be in order. Good luck!

I too didn't take NCLEX right away. I graduated March 2012 and took it June 2013. I just kept reading and picking things up as I went along. Kaplan is a really good review and it's great for test taking strategies which is needed if you've been inactive for a while and the questions are hard quite similar in a way to the actual NCLEX.
