Nurses Career Support

I graduated with my Associate's RN degree and am unable to obtain my license at this time. I am looking to find a job but do not really know my options. Any suggestions or help is much appreciated!

I didn't even notice that in the subject. OP, you are not a "graduate RN without a license." If you do not have a license, you are NOT an RN.
I missed it too. And I'd like more info from the OP.

What do you think the over/under is on OP not coming back?

My hospital hires student nurse-medical assistants and student nurse-patient care assistants for people who have finished at least 1 clinical or if they're a graduate nurse like yourself. This is worth looking into since the competition only consists of nursing students and graduate nurses.
