GPC Nursing Fall 2016

Hi all !

I have been looking to see if anyone would start this thread - then I decided I would do it ! I currently have a bachelor's degree in Sociology & Spanish going back for nursing! I took my prereqs at Gwinnett Tech and Georgia Perimeter over the last few years. I applied back in October and the waiting has been hard!

Wanted to hear from some other people applying for next fall!

Awesome! I think the deadline for our applications to be submitted was January 31st, but hopefully they'll accept it. I would call and double check though.

I believe the deadline was Jan. 31st not unless they extended it. I would definitely double check.

Yeah they extended until Feb 3rd... i took my teas late.

That's awesome, I have a coworker that graduated from Emory! I only applied to GPC as well - im praying we all get accepted! Im not sure how many people applied this year, but im sure it was a lot. Cant wait to find out! ^_^

Has anyone visited the campus? I went throughout the building after I took my A&P final, but I didnt see much. Im so curious what the sim labs are like!

I walked through also I just talked to some of the profs they were really nice. But it was kinda dead when I went.

I attend Clarkston Campus now but I never went to the building for the nursing students. I'll make it my business to go check it out next week.

I applied to both Gwinnett Technical and Georgia Perimeter. At GTC the application had one test score and I was told another. The application said 70 and I was told 75 I made a 3.4 and scored a 74% on the Kaplan. At GPC I have a 3.2 science and scored a 75 on the entrance . Has anyone else heard anything else. I'm not to confident.

I called today and she said if some people mailed theirs in then they would accept them if the date on the mail was January 31st.

Hi I also applied back in Dec. I'm currently finishing up my prereqs at GPC.

I applied back in December as well
