got a question

i've noticed that threads get moved by the mods, and most of the time it's easy to figure out why, but how can a reader find out where one got moved to?

"moved" threads usually have a redirect link! They usually fall off the front page pretty quick, but they are there.

If you go to the original forum where it was posted, you will still see the title there, and then just click on that area, and it will take you to where the new post is. Similar to how you normally open a post, but it will take you to the new area.

Hello, TazziRN,

The OP will automatically receive a private message that the thread has been moved. Normally, these threads are moved early on when staff notice it is in the incorrect forum and thus, attempt to move BEFORE responses are made.

And, if the threads are moved after responses have been posted, staff normally make a response in the thread announcing the transfer to another forum. Thus, those who have posted will receive that message via email notification as well.

thanks! was just curious.
