:yeah:Wanted to shout from the rooftops!!!
Just finished my preceptorship in a Level 1 Trauma Center :Dand got the call today that I'll be working at the ED in town!!! So excited, can't wait to be a "real nurse"!
welcoming any advice as I start my career........

Congrats!!!!! Welcome!!! Just keep your eyes and ears open,.ask questions (it's okay to ask the same question 11 times :) ). Don't get frustrated,.no one expects you to know everything!! Good Luck!!

Wow, I'm so very happy for you!!!! It sounds like you are "stoked".
Get yourself some good textbooks to read up on things... Get some good shoes...(danskos are good). Learn all that you can.. Find a way to release your stress.. (exercise ect..)..... WOO HOO...!!!!! happy for you....... keep us posted.....
