Can you tell me how long it took from application to ATT? Also, how did you submit your documents? Several of my classmates and myself scanned ours and two of my friends got a letter requesting records to be sent. I did not receive a letter requesting records. I'm nervous. Either I am still waiting on that letter or my scanned documents were sufficient.
They can still deny a license. I applied to the BRN in December 2017 and I scanned in my documents. I got my ATT in February 2018 but I never got a letter indicating whether or not they would pursue anything further. I called the BRN and they told me over the phone that I was cleared and would be granted an unencumbered license if I passed NCLEX. Well I passed NCLEX and I did receive a license WITHOUT any restrictions. My advice is to call the BRN and ask because you don't want to find out you passed NCLEX and were given a provisional license at the same time. That would be a bummer.
I know many people complain that the BRN never answers, but they have answered the times I called. I called as soon as they opened and waited 35 minutes to talk to someone, but they did eventually answer. Good luck!

I submitted my documents online by scanning them. I did not receive a letter requesting any documents.
Which documents did you have to submit with your license application? I have a DUI with BAC .11 from 9.5 years ago (nothing else) and am set to graduate December of this year. I've read so many threads that are basically telling me to give it up and not even apply for license in Fresno CA, but then I come across threads like this that give me hope.
I'm wondering if I need to submit my explanation letter, certified court documents, letters of reference, rehabilitation information online (or mail) with my initial application or do I wait to submit everything when the BRN denies me and asks for it?

I submitted all the paperwork to the board and just recently got my approval to test. Does this mean the board has approved my application with a criminal history. I'm in California. I also got a letter from the board stating I was found eligible to test. What exactly does this mean? Can they still deny me after I take the test. I'm confused
