Got my acceptance letter for the ABSN program at FAU

I actually did not end up going into their program. For some reason it is difficult to find people on this forum that go to FAU.

Yeah, I have applied to FAU, and haven't heard anything yet. A few people from this forum have gotten in. But not many.I just wanted some feedback to see if I was still in the running. I'm also applying to UM.

Hi, I have also applied to FAU. It sounds like others are starting to hear...Question to anyone waiting or have heard-how did you do on the HESI and how many prereqs are you still finishing-up? Also, when is the deadline for UM? Do they require the same prereqs as FAU?

The deadline to apply to UM is March 1. The prereqs are

Thank you for the info. Have you completed all your pre-reqs? And if you dont mind me asking how did you do on the HESI? I want to see how I did compared to others...this waiting stinks hahha!

I got a 92 on the HESI. I;m doing A&P 2, nuttrition, and human growth.

92-on all 4 sections? Im taking nutrition as well, are you at BC?

92 altogether. 100 on the math 90something on the verbal grammar, and vocab. I'm at PBCC. I spoke to Maureen and she said they would be review apps for the next two weeks. Did you apply to the traditional program as well?

Now I understand! I did select traditional for second choice but I really perfer the accelerated! Did you do the same? Did you attend FAU for your first degree? I wanted to call Maureen and ask "if i'm in"! but decided to wait as Im sure she is busy. But if she is reviewing apps now how did people receive their letters? And how long do you think it will take for us to find out? Did she say notification will take place by e-mail or mail? Sorry for all the questions but I dont know anyone else waiting to get in!
