Has anyone heard any info about the applications for the fall semester?

oh yea and that teas score was for gordon, not Clayton. I took the version 5 at Clayton...

Does anyone know how it works to be wait-listed? Does that letter come in place of a denial letter, or after being denied? Any information would be greatly appreciated. My best friend was denied but I was accepted and we are both just devastated. I thought maybe the wait- list letters come separately, but I'm not sure.

It comea with all the letters. It's either accepted, waitlisted or denied.

Oh, that's what I was afraid of :(

Thanks for the info!

A friend of mine that was accepted, knows ar least one person that was waitlisted and she got her letter the same day we got ours. And I bet those on the waitlists will be accepted, because alot of people apply for more than one program. I will only be applying to Gordon because of its location, 20 miles from my home. with three kids in school I cant be an hour away all the time. I guess for all that were not accepted we will be gathering here again in 6 months. At least me know that it actually takes a minimum of 10 weeks ro hear back. They should change that on there web sight. The 8 weeks doesn't seem to have been true for a while.

Not bum you out, but there is only one person in our persons was wait listed, most people have only applied to Gordon in reality.

I was accepted to Clayton state university as well as Gordon...I'd be happy to deny my acceptance to Gordon so that someone can come off the waitlist!

Not sure if any one is still watching this board, but those of you that were rejected GO CHECK YOUR MAIL BOX!! I got a letter in the mail Saturday that said that I am now accepted to Gordon.... I start in the Falll... YEah ME!!

Blessed76, and you were rejected, or wait listed??

I was flat out rejected....Then I got a letter from the nursing Department on Saturday that said congrats, we were able to accept more students and you are accepted please reserve your seat by May 16th.... I only ive 20 minutes away so I am hand delivering my letter. I am a transfer student, my GPA is 3.89, I still have 2 core classes to take when i turned in my application I actually had 4 classes that needed completion. I only made a 63 on the TEAS.... I AM IN SHOCK! Watch your mailboxes is all I can say......

I was wait listed with a 2.8 and a 78 on my TEAS exam. I was then accepted on 4/21 and have to reserve my seat by 4/29. During this time, I never received any of my letters. I live in an apartment complex where the mail boxes are in a common area. I have no idea what happened to my mail from Gordon. Anyway I called Gordon and had my letter of decision mailed to me again. I was accepted on the 21, had to reply by the 29th, and received the letter on the 5th of May. My seat was given to someone else and I have been put back on the wait list. Anyway the point I am trying to get at is I had a 2.8 but a 78 on the TEAS exam... which put me in the 89th percentile. So if anyone is having trouble getting in.. it is possible. Keep your head up, retake TEAS exam and get a better score, and even retake some classes if necessary. I am also a male... I have no idea if that makes a difference or not! Good luck!

Are you a current student at Gordon. Because I think we have similar scores and GPA. When I called the nursing dept the lady that answered wouldn't tell me anyting concerning my GPA. Would like to know but because I am not a current student she was very rude and not helpful. How could I find out my GPA without attending the school. Had a 77 on TEAS
