Yes, ladies and gentlemen. I was checking my results on affinity and my last test result is positive for alcohol. The problem is, I didn't drink. The only thing I can think might have caused it was some lemon tahini dressing at a vegetarian restaurant I ate at the night before. I've had the same dressing in the past and never had a problem.

The killer in all this is that I am due to complete monitoring in four days. Yes.

Never had any positives during monitoring, nothing but a dilute specimen. I'm not drinking, not using, nothing. And bing.

*Sigh*

I haven't heard from my case manager yet. I'm trying to stay calm and think. Stick to my routine and not worry. I know I do have options, I just can't believe this. After everything I have done, all the scrupulous watching everything I do, eat, drink, and walking on eggshells...BUT we will just wait and see.

Listen until Nurses bond together and form an actual Union do not cry about IPN which is garbage and just out for your money...Its basically a system in place to divide classes of people..but nothing can be done individually...Maybe a few days of coming together and having walk outs by nurses in florida because theres nothing more important than the old patients to politicians...I am on here doing research for someone I deeply care about...They do not do drugs or drink but yeah forgot to waste a narcotic and ended up taking it home ...she was sick WITH COVIF and told come to work and wear your PPE...Now look at the situation shes in...she was in IPN for impairement from a non-narcotic RX...she told me story...2 months of inpatient WOW is there any better system tan IPN to milk your hard earned money....I have been in legal system before and really already know the answer for her troubles and what would happen and I have never dated a nurse or heard of IPN before but its basically based off drug programs for people with drug charges...Difference is LOL criminals are treated better...now I know each case is different..

Advice to all get a lawyer don't listen to anyone who says don't or it won't help...a lawyer always helps...Now if you were caught with a needle in your arm well you need help or caught taking peoples meds but this isn't the case for this person....

 

Based on what I have read a person could be mad...go thru a hospital and just start writing down nurse names and call the Board anonymous and there would be cases out the ying yang...why the shortage of nurses...Well the nurse industry needs to look in the mirror..
