Good, cheap nursing shoes

I am starting my clinical in Sept. and we are required to buy "white nursing shoes." Anyone know of any sites where I can find some good, cheap and maybe even halfway decent looking ones. Does anyone know if student nurses are allowed to wear white Croc-style shoes?

I couldn't imagine ordering shoes online. What if they don't fit???

then you send them back. most reputable companies will pay the postage in both directions.

As an older nurse who has walked a lot of halls, I do recommend good shoes. I have had back and hip surgeries and can assure you that my years of nursing was a big part of the need for surgery. Your back and other body parts will thank you in the long run. Crocks offer no support at all.
