Just wanted to start a thread for people that are applying. This will be my second year applying to Gonzaga. Last year they had a record number of applicants. I've already submitted my application for this year.

I applied to Bouve which apparently in Texas, and Texas Wesleyan. I bough the Merino, West, and mechanical ventilation books to prepare. Both of my previous interviews had clinical components, but they weren’t overwhelming. Gonzaga and Pitt are my dream schools so I am hoping for at least one.

I know it’s early, but has anyone heard anything? I wonder what the odds are that one of us in this thread will get an interview.

I was told that according to last years numbers, there were about 14 applicants for every position in the program.

This is correct. There were around 180 applicants for 12 spots and around 55ish people were invited to interview. Apparently normal is around 130 applicants and last year was a record number.

I just recieved an email from Gonzaga. It sounds like they are still reviewing applications for interviews.

Congrats. Gonzaga is a stellar program. Hopefully they are sending out emails still.
