Hey everyone,
I'm starting this thread so we can support each other through the next round of applications. It's my 3rd time applying and I now have 81 points. I think it could go either way for me at GWC, but I do feel like I'm getting in somewhere no matter what. Good luck!

Nope not yet ? that’s the same message they’ve had up there since the end of July. I don’t know if they mean the beginning of September or the end of September. But I am religiously checking my email and my mailbox.

I know how you feel. I have now limited myself to only checking 4 times a day or I don't get anything done ?.
Hi everyone,
I just came across this site mostly by accident, but am thankful it exists. I too received the conditional letter via my school email and got an auto response from (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) when I confirmed.
After reading this board, I'm now thinking I should call the Nursing office to make sure I am in the pool and not an error. I had 82 points (I was in the process of getting my EMT license - I passed the NREMT exam on July 24th, which I noted on the application and forwarded to the Nursing office as soon as I got my certificate) and am hoping that I got in.

I don't think it would hurt to call them. Worse case scenario is they don't give you a straight answer but they tell you when "official" acceptance letters go out.

Thanks for the reply matthoertz. Yeah, I think I will do that. If I can get them to tell me even an approximate date when the letters go out, I will post here.
So I called GWC at 8:30 and 9:00 am, and all I got was the auto message, and I left a message after the beep but I have no idea if they actually have voicemail at the 895-8285 number. I emailed this morning as well and got the standard "Thank you for your interest" auto-reply.
Does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply/call back? Did anyone actually make it through someone at the Nursing Office or know their office hours? Any and all info would be of help.
Thank you in advance,
Kenji

Past forums says it was almost immediate. A few people in July got ahold of them pretty quickly but since August it’s like they dropped off the face of the planet.
Yeah, that has pretty much been my experience right now. I guess they are in 'lock-down mode' until they get the acceptance letters out. I reached out to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) - I really hope that does not screw with my admission. I felt like I was contacting my boss's boss's boss on a clerical issue - but still no response.
I did get some traction with (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) from the counseling office, she said she will try to reach out to her counterpart in the nursing department and see if I'm actually on the list or if my admission was an error.
Thanks for the reply @matthoertz
