Hey everyone,
I'm starting this thread so we can support each other through the next round of applications. It's my 3rd time applying and I now have 81 points. I think it could go either way for me at GWC, but I do feel like I'm getting in somewhere no matter what. Good luck!

Sounds vague almost like this whole thing has been a big oops. But I could just be reading too much into it.
Can I ask how many point you applied with?
Here's what I've gathered:
For the first time ever the school attempted to send notifications to both personal and school email addresses to avoid people not seeing their offers, thus missing the response deadline. It backfired and some people that weren't supposed to get an offer ended up receiving one, but those people only received it at their personal email address. Some people who were already in for Fall 2021 cohort also received this offer, but again, only at their personal email address. Any email that you received at your school email address is legit. If you received an offer at your personal email and your school email then the offer was legit. If you received an offer at your school email address only, it's legit. However, if you received an offer at your personal email only and didn't get one sent to your school email then the offer was a mistake, or "erroneous" like they said.

I only received the email to my personal email but when I contacted the nursing office, they said I'm on the reviewing list also. I'm very confused

Sheesh. I was told that the issue was with the personal emails, but anything sent to the school email was accurate.
Well, at this point it seems to be a sh**show beyond our ability to make sense of. All we can do is be patient until we receive more info. Good luck everyone.

Who told you that? I emailed nursing office but (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) answered and she said I'm The review pool along with this "The intent of the 1st email that you receive regarding a “conditional application acceptance based on the application score” is to move forward your application for review and processing. Once the Admission Committee and the Transcript Evaluators have verified and confirmed the status of your application and the submitted supporting documentation, your application will be moved to the ranking system based on the number of cohort spaces available for the Spring 2022 cohort."

Have you sent an email to the nursing department regarding this question?
A previous grad student said that they would accept second scores... but I would be wary of believing anything on a forum as oppose to what is stated by a nursing admission staff IN WRITING.
Looking through the online orientation and the "How To Apply," it states that to be eligible to apply, you must pass TEAS with a 62% or higher on your first attempt. On these two sections, there is no indication on how points are awarded or if you can take it again for a higher score. If you look on the Multi-Criteria Guidelines, it states that "the first score will be counted for points."
I think your best bet is to email the department. Best of luck.
@RachelRachel If I remember correctly, the application period for Spring 2022 opened July 1st and the last day was July 9th.
