My goal is to not wait until the last minute to do my care plans or assignments and of course to pass the class.
Actually, I just got my laptop which I am planning on using during my lectures to take notes. As I type faster than I write, I can get all the notes and not have to decipher my handwriting after. One of my instructors has her notes on powerpoint which is available prior to class. I was able to save it to my desktop where I can add my notes. It is also easier to color code without having a bunch of different colored pens.
I've finished all of my prereqs so the next semester will be taking Fund. of Bio 2, Organic Chem., CPR and First Aid (can't hurt) and Community Health.
More exercise
Keep my study habits good. I'm on a quarter system, and am taking 2-3 classes (I just got into the 3rd one, but might have to drop it because of work conflicts)
And to keep studying hard for tests and not slack off at all.
I am proud of my B in micro, but if I hadn't done so poorly on the 2nd test, I would have easily had an A.
Study a little EVERY day. I am pretty good at this in the beginning but tend to fall off after the second test or so. More rest for sure, am beginning quarter three of seven so no more return skills. Boy those take up a lot of time and energy. Exercise would be nice too, am doing good since I am on break. Have gained about 10 lbs in the first two quarters, yuck! And finally to get good grades, not simply pass. I look back and am amazed at the amount of information and knowledge I have aquired, yet still know so little.
Have a happy holiday!
Next semester I plan to actually read the required reading and watch the required videos. I feel like first semester was pretty easy and I got lax (as did all the other students). I know I'm going to have to start buckling down if I want to maintain the grades I've been getting thus far.
